Info:
Systematic continue their never-ending hot streak with what is their 70th release, and the sixth from the dream team of Marc Romboy and Blake Baxter. After groundbreaking releases such as 'Freakin', 'House Ya' and more recently 'Where Would You Be?', the pair bring us the mighty 'Muzik'.
For those unaware of the glittering background of Mr Baxter, you should know that he holds a place as one of the protagonists in the historical development of Detroit techno. His legendary releases on Underground Resistance, Tresor and Incognito, plus the huge club hits 'What Happened' and 'Disco Lights', produced together with Abe Duque, are still firm favourites in the boxes of many of today's big jocks.
On the remix of 'Muzik', the pair have drafted in a producer who is, right now, the hottest name on the scene. Bulgarian KiNK, Romboy's producer of the year, has already delivered the dancefloor Ovum gems 'Rachel', 'Existence' and 'E79', and backed these with incredible remixes of Matthias Meyer's 'Tout va Bien' and DJ T's 'Dis'. With his work being championed by every discerning DJ, Romboy and Baxter could not have chosen better. His remix, we can assure you, is a bomb!!
JOSH WINK - Good ep. Summertime jam.
LAURENT GARNIER - Hummmmmmmmmmmmm Loooooove ittt!
DEETRON - What a killer KiNK remix again!
REBOOT - Original is a bomb!
TOBI NEUMANN - Good release, i like both mixes. New school vs old school.. rocks!
STEVE BUG - Hmm, hard to decide, i think i like the original better!
